1. "work" is singular, so you need
The work has been ...
The work was ...

2. "work" might not be the word you want because we don't normally say that work is briefed.
Alternately, "briefed" might not be the word you want.

I'm guessing you want something like "information" or "data" instead of "work", or perhaps "summarized" instead of "briefed".

3. Meetings are held "on site", not "at site". Some speakers would consider "at the meeting" more idiomatic than "in the meeting".

4. The present perfect tense is not used when specific times are mentioned (17/07/2014). Therefore, the first of your two sentences cannot be used even if you fix the other problems mentioned above.

OK as shown. (See Point 4 in my previous post regarding present perfect with specific times.)

I prefer "at the meeting", but you can leave that part as is if you want.
