We're organising a local charity run here in Egypt for a syrian hospital. While choosing the name for the event we had a difference over the name I was proposing "Syria Charity Run" while a colleague said it should be "Syrian Charity Run" with an 'ian' at the end of Syria. My argument was that Syiran was a possessive form which would give the meaning that the event was organised or 'owned' by Syrians rather then the intended meaning that the run was for Syria
Appreciate if you can tell me which is correct.
Thanks Sherif
