In my opinion both are wrong. I think it should be, shcho23 1) I think it is difficult reading this book. shcho23 2) I think reading this book is difficult.

In my opinion both are wrong.

I think it should be,

both of the sentences are wrong because helping verb i.e IS,
is missing
