2) I just transfer you now.
3) I am transferring you now. Thanks for your kind help.

They are all correct now. But the second one would be much less common and would need some special context to elicit that response and have a meaning close to the other two.

A) I want to speak to Senator Brown's office? Do I have to make some arrangements in advance or does his office have to call me?.
B) No, nothing like that. I just transfer you now.
