Please arrange for the items as in the attached packing lis to be sent by road to Mr.YX in Jaipur

or
Please arrange for the items stated on the attached packing list to be sent by road to Mr.YX in Jaipur.
Both would be acceptable. My preference would be for the second sentence. Use of "as instructed" in a business communicatio
