Which one is correct?

For example, if your tracking code is 12345abcde, then your affiliate link will be http://happy123.com/index.php?&tracking=12345abcde
any visitor click your link visit "happy123.com", if there make any purchase, you will earn commission.

or

For example, if your tracking code is 12345abcde, then your affiliate link will be
any visitor click your link refer to "happy123.com", if there make any purchase, you will earn commission.

The first part is clear. The second part is not. I would reword it. Here are two possible versions:

If any visitor to your website clicks on the link to our website, happy123.com, and later makes a purchase, you will earn a commission on that sale.
OR
You will earn a commission on any sale to visitors who come to our website (happy123.com) from a link on your website.
