Which one is correct?

i always confuse with my teacher, she always thinks that she is correct though she was wrong.

So now I want you guys to help me.

Which one is correct.

a) My family watches a lot of TV.

B) My family watch a lot of TV.

a) Sheila and Chong goes to school.

b)Sheila and Chong go to school.

a) The birds eat the worms.

b) The bird eats the worms.
