Which one is correct?

Please extend the latest shipment date to 10 July which / in order have some buffer time to match with vessel schedule.

By 'latest" do you mean by "the most recent" or "the last possible"? I put both choices in (brackets). I would say: Please extend the (current/final) shipment date to 10 July so that we can take vessel departure schedules into account.
