"been received" sounds ok

"been arrived" sound not

I really thought I had erased that "been"!

You did, but the strike-out feature has not worked since the last system update, so the system doesn't show the strike-outs in the final version of the post.

Try using a double hyphen ( -- ) before and after the word you want to strike out. Sometimes that works.
