We are making 15 chairs. As we do not have enough upholstery materials in stock, we bought it from M/s XYZ. But we collected it only for 10 chairs as we have previous stock. So, we need to inform our accounts department as we already received a quotation for 15 chairs so that our accounts department can deduct this amount from their final account.
