Which one is correct?

Hi everybody,

Which one is correct?

1. I'm so happy and grateful that I've bought a house of my own.

2. I've so happy and grateful that I've bought a house for my own.

3. I've so happy and grateful that I've bought my own house.

Thank you!

The first is grammatical but I have my doubts about the use of "grateful". I would say I'm so happy and thankful that I've bought a house of my own. To me, "grateful" implies that you are grateful to someone for buying a house.

Actually, I suppose that "I've" is just a typo so the third sentence is also correct. (but note the grateful vs thankful distinction)

yes, the "I've' is just the typing error.

So, 1 and 3 are grammarical correct. But which one is common in use and sound natural? Thanks~

They're both common and natural.
