Which one is correct ?

Water is not flowing through the tap/ water is not coming through the tap.

Thanks in advance.

Both are correct but 'water isn't coming out of the tap' is more natural.

Hi,

Water is not flowing through the tap/ water is not coming through the tap.

The grammar is not wrong, but this English is not natural.

Water is not flowing from the tap/ water is not coming from the tap.

I'd just say 'The tap is not working'.
