Which one is correct

He ships them directly from his store. or He ships them direct from his store.

They're both correct. Using the adverb would be the generic way to do it. But "to ship direct" is idiomatic in the US, at least, and would probably be used by most people.

I'd even be inclined to put a comma after "direct."

"He ships them direct" is the thrust of the statement. "from his store" modifies "direct," not "ships."

That's my studied opinion.

This seems to reflect usages where the emplasis is on the type of destination.
