As the item was not supplied, please ask the supplier to supply the item immediately / Since the item was not supplied, please ask the supplier to supply the item immediately / As they were not supplied the above item, please ask them to supply it immediately.

"As they did not receive the item, please ask the supplier to send it immediately."
