Which one is correct?

As you are aware, we have delivered only the requested items at the request of Mr. X, no other items were delivered / As you are aware, we have only delivered the items as per the request from Mr. X, no other items delivered.

Both are ok but the first repeats request/requested making it not as easy to read. The second is more formal and reads easier - use the second one!

As you are aware, we have delivered only the items requested by Mr. X. No other items were delivered.
