Hi,
Which of these two sentences is correct?

Thanks in advance

Unless I miss something, both sentences seem to have some structural issues.

The first is not correct. The second is okay grammatically, but it's sort of awkward. I could imagine someone saying this, for example, in a guessing game in which every clue had to begin with the words "This is a city..." Otherwise, people would be more likely to say simply "There's a castle in this city" or "this city has a castle."
