Which one is correct?

We are sorry to request you working during / in the Christmas holiday

Top answer

Hi, We are sorry to request you to work working during / in the Christmas holiday. Both are OK, but I prefer 'during'. 'Thoughout' might be better,as it makes it clearer that you are being asked to work for the entire holiday period.
