Which one is correct?

We don't have any other costs to be added to this account apart from labour costs / No other costs will be added from us except labour costs

I wouldn't use the word apart because it is not a common accounting term, at least not in the US. I would suggest that you make the account total and or the labor cost to be added the subject. " The account total is complete except for labor costs that will be added in later.

I wouldn't use the word apart because it is not a common accounting term, at least not in the US. I would suggest that you make the account total and or the labor cost to be added the subject. Drop the self conscious "we."

The account total is complete except for labor costs that will be added in later. or Labor costs will be added to the account, otherwise it is complete.
