Which one is correct>>>>

my question is: which one is more correct? "Japan's sectret to look young and live long." or " Japan's secret to looking young and living long."

the first one seems kinda ackward. But I still need an opinion or opnions as to which one really is more correct.

Hi Anon: Do you mean that Japan, a country, has a secret, or the people there, the Japanese, collectively have a secret? This version (with the gerunds as object of the preposition "for") sounds the most natural: The Japanese have a secret for looking young and living long.
