Which one is correct ?

Hi,
I'm using the below sentence where I couldn't see any problem. Can you guide me that both are correct or not ?
1- What are you doing this weekend?
2- What you are doing this weekend.

Thanks

#1 is fine.

#2 is not a complete sentence. It needs some more words to make it into one. For example:

"Tell me what you are doing this weekend."

"What you are doing this weekend doesn't interest me."
