We are appreicate with your help.This sentence is not correct. First, appreciate is a verb, and can not follow another verb in that form (infinitive). You can use "appreciating". Second, help is the direct object of the verb, and cannot also follow the preposition

I would not think that We are appreciating for your help. Is a proper sentence.
I would use "We appreciate the help you gave us." or
