which one is correct.........?

Should it be "make my mind up" or "make up my mind" or doesn't it matter?

Both are natural, correct, and common.

In the case of the angry imperative, "Make up your [danged] mind, [dangit] !", the other version would not do.

Google shows the second one used over the first one by thirty to one. "make * mind up" - 990,000 / "make up * mind" - 28,900,000

While both are possible, "make up my mind" is the one I hear 99% of the time. In your place, I'd stick with that one.
