which one is correct?

1.the/ customers/ bank's/ only/ apply/ for/ can/ loans/ education

Only the bank's customers can apply for education loans.

or

Only bank's customer can apply for the education loans.

2.Would you prefer to eat/ eating at home or a restaurant?

3.I'd like to speak to/with John, please?
