Hai, pls help me which one is correct? and why?

I'm afraid neither one is correct, SSK. You can say either one of these: They do not insist --> simple present tense They are not insisting --> present continuous You can never say "They does". The word they is third person plural , but you can only use 'does' with the third person singular .
