I haven't heard from you for quiet sometime now.

I haven't heard from you for a long time.

The last sentence is correct. If you change the "quiet" in the 2nd sentence to "quite" - that would be correct too.

Yes, sorry, come to think of it - the 1st sentence also sounds fine with "quite" instead of "quiet".

In my opinion sometime should be two words here:

I haven't heard from you in quite some time.

But: He'll come sometime next week.

To me, it should be I haven't heard from you for quite some time.
