have you ever read before a book about magic?
have you ever read before any book about magic?

I wouldn't say either of these. I would put "before" at the end.

read a book is a verb and its object. before is an adverb. A verb and its object are not separated by an adverb.
Only the first one is correct. (But don't forget to capitalize the first word of the sentence: Have you ...)
