Which one is correct?
"this is the worst phase OF my life"
"this is the worst phase IN my life".
"this is the worst phase IN my life".

Maybe the 1st one is talking about the worst phase of the whole life till now, but the second one is talking about the worst phase now which maybe is not the worst of whole life. But i am not sure and i can't see the difference. i am learning as well!!!!!!
