Which one is correct?

"She calls me more often than you."

Which meaning is correct for this sentence?

1. She calls me more often than she calls you.
2. She calls me more often than you call me.

Also, can I say "She calls me more often than you do." for the sentence #2?
If so, which one sounds natural?
