Which one is better?

Hello, is it correct to say: "You better work it out"? Is saying "You'd better work it out" has a different meaning?

You'd (you had) better work it out. - This is the correct version. Often when people speak fast, you will not hear the 'd sound, and informally (e.g. in song lyrics), you may see it without the 'd.
