"I hadn't have access to internet for two days"

now is this correct if I say:

"I haven't had access to the Internet for two days, and I couldn't answer your email."

or this one is the correct one:

"I haven't had access to the Internet for two days, and I couldn't have answered your email."

sorry if I'm asking simple stupid questions.
