Which one is a right sentence? and Are they different?

1. Which animal can be a bear?

Thank you for your answer. but I just asked the structures of English.
I can change the sentences like this,
Which shape can be a bear? which shape can a bear be?

The subject of the first sentence is "which shape."
and the subject of the second sentence is "a bear."
Both of them are possible but the subjects are different.
so I think they have different meaning.
