Which one?

I summoned up the courage and left med school after 2 years.

or

I summoned up the nerve to finally leave med school after 2 years.

or

I summoned up the courage and left MBBS after 2 years.


MBBS is the name of the degree. Is it correct to say "left MBBS"?
