I think both c and d are correct in this context because it refers to future. But I'm not sure about other options. I need an explanation here.

I tend to use "b" as I find it more concise and that form is used by the better educated and wealthier.
Many/Most americans use "a" conversationally.
c is used when one is giving an explanation to a subordinate.
