or

For all the exams I have had so far, I did very little study.

Which one is correct?

The correct sentence would read : For all the exams that I have had so far, I've done very little studying.

The reason your sentences were incorrect is that your verbs didn't agree. "Had" is past tense, and "study" is present tense.
