Which of this event occurs first?

There are three events: {X, Y, Z}

So the statement is: Event X will not occur until event Y is executed and event Z manifests.

What confusing is the phrase "not occur until", does this mean that all events will occur at the same time or does it mean that X will have to wait for Y and Z to finish, can someone help me understand this.

Thank you.

anonymous event Z manifests.

That does not make sense, either.

It is difficult to make a meaning of the sentence when the word choices are so flawed.

, am really sorry for that, I know my English is quite horrible, assume that the events are computer processes that must behave in a particular order, all I need to understand is the order in which the three events must occur e.g X, Y and Z must occur at the same time or X must wait for Y and Z to begin or complete, just that, I am being confused by the state

Wow, now you've answered my question completely in this statement "This means that X will start after the time when Y is completed AND Z is "True".", you have a wonderful explanation too.

I am very happy now, thank you for putting your time and efforts into looking at my problem and making sure that I completely understand, thank you and be extremely blessed.
