Which of these sentences is grammatically correct and why?

1) Electricals 4 Africa is a non profit making organisation who refurbishes your unwanted electricals and distributes them to developing communities across Africa.



2) Electricals 4 Africa is a non profit making organisation who refurbish your unwanted electricals and distribute them to developing communities across Africa.

'Non profit making' should have hyphens, but the common adjective is simply 'non-profit'.

I haven't seen the word 'electricals' used like this. I usually see eg 'electrical devices', eg 'electrical appliances'.

Clive I see what you mean about needing the plural verb refurbish. So if I use ‘who’ with ‘refurbish’ would I need to change ‘distributes’ to ‘distribute’? If so why?
