Which of these sentences is correct?

Could you tell me please if these sentences are correct and if there is any diffrence between them.

1.Ellen felt her inward constraint (to) start/started/starting to relieve.

2.She felt relieved of inward constraint.

3.Ellen felt how her inward constraint started to relieve.

4.Ellen felt her inward constraint (to) relieve/relieving/relieved.

Ellen felt her inward constraint /starting to get relieved/gradually getting relieved . Hence i say it is -getting relieved and not just relieve.

Ellen felt her inward constraint /starting to get relieved/gradually getting relieved .
relieve , the action, is not by itself; it is due to some changes happening externally that you sense the change inwardly.Hence i say it is -getting relieved and not just relieve.

What do you mean by 'inward contraint''. Can you say it another way? Can you provide an example, perhaps by giving a little context?

It's still a vague and awkward phrase.
I suggest perhaps 'her reluctance to . . . '' or 'her inability to . . . '.
