Or somthing else?

Or is it "Pathogenic adaptation in patients treated with limited courses of antibiotics?"

Adaptition of bacteria in the conditions when we seldom (rarely) use etiotropic antibiotics to treat the bacterial disease (in many countries) in comparison to the conditions (i.e. in USA or Europe) where everyone uses antibiotocs just to be taken ill.
