Which of these?

I want to ask a friend of mine if he has spend time with a girl that he likes and has been seeing for a while named Jen. It's a week since I talked to my friend last, so I basically want to ask him if he has seen/spend time with her since last time I talked to him. Which of these is most natural to use or are both perfectly fine?

Have you seen Jen?

Have you been seeing Jen?
