Dear all,

In Kerala, there is a Government Medical college at a district named Thiruvananthapuram. Please tell me, In this context which of the following usages are correct and natural.

1) Government Medical College, Thiruvananthapuram.

2) Government Medical College Thiruvananthapuram.

3) Thiruvananthapuram Government Medical College.
