Which of the two options is correct one?

"All ActiveProX users have to have some of ActiveProX dictionaries activated"
or
"All ActiveProX users have to have activated some of ActiveProX dictionaries"

Which of the two?

I know I can refactor the sentence so I do not face the issue, but I was wondering about this.

Thank you!

Remove the "of" in both sentences and put a full stop at the end. Otherwise, both are OK.
