Which of the following sentences is correct?

Customers whose last handset upgrade was at least 15 months ago but less than 21 months ago, will have to pay the prevailing handset prices of the respective handset model.

Customers whose last handset upgrade was done at least 12 months ago but less than 21 months ago, will have to pay the prevailing handset prices of the respective handset model.
