There is a multiple choice question that I couldn't find its correct answer.

B:  .................. of them is.

A. All
B. None
C. Neither
D. Both

What do you think? I think all of them are possible, right? I need an explanation. Thanks for your help.

That makes no difference to your original question.

All and Both are wrong; they require a plural verb
None is wrong; we do not use this for two people.

We use Neither for two people, and it can be followed by a singula
