Which of the following words would you not teach beginners and why?

jacket

student

welder --- not a commonly used word. There will be no recycle of this word for a new learner.

omelette -this word has more than one syllable and more difficult thatn the other words to learn

bloke

chauffeur -- Harder to pronunce and more difficult to write.

hungry

telephone -- longer than the other words but it will remind the student's L1 so no problem.

car
