Which of the 3 sentences could you say if not all?

Which of these could you say?


1 I'm not going to walk when I don't have music to listen to.
2 I won't walk when I don't have music to listen to.
3 I don't walk when I don't have music to listen to.

What's the difference between

I won't walk when I don't have music to listen to.

2 I won't walk if I don't have music to listen to.
