If we want to be specific can we say:

Ah, so which country do I seem to come from?

We just don't do that in that conversation-- so it sounds a bit unnatural whatever you try. It's like the maddening question that many foreign students want to ask but which does not exist: (X) 'You are what ordinal number brother in your family?'
