Which mid sentence phrase/word should I use?

Should I have "which resulted" or "resulting" when I mean for it to refer to the Dread Ring causing it? Eleven years later, in 1462 DR, the Dread Ring had been nearly completed as a result of the death and destruction caused by the primordial’s rage, (which resulted/resulting) in new types of ash-covered undead stalking the land.

cboutin3 when I mean for it to refer to the Dread Ring causing it? That is irrelevant to your choice. You have used 'result' twice.

Thanks for all your help. Would this option work? Eleven years later, in 1462 DR, the Dread Ring had been nearly completed due to the death and destruction caused by the primordial’s rage, and this resulted in new types of ash-covered undead stalking the land.

Not so good. Strictly, 'due to' is misused.

Okay thanks, could I use that revision with "result" instead of "due to" then?

Then you're back to two 'results' in the sentence.

That's true and sorry about the many replies but would this work? Eleven years later, in 1462 DR, the Dread Ring had been nearly completed because of the death and destruction caused by the primordial’s rage, and this resulted in new types of ash-covered undead stalking the land.

You really have no sense of style, cboutin. Yes, that works, but it just rambles on; you never vary. What I have given you above (using a simple 'and' to indicate result) is much more effective.

Okay then I will definitely follow your advice. You've been such a great help to me and I really appreciate it. I had two other questions I posted earlier that were answered by random people but I was hoping you could take a look at them if you get a chance. Thanks again.
