Which mid sentence option should I choose and Is this all correct?

Is this all correct? FYI- Linsha is the lady knight and Iyesta is the dragon and dragonlord. Iyesta took Linsha with her, and what they discovered caused enough concern that on the way back to the Missing City, the dragonlord entrusted Linsha with the location of a nest of dragon eggs beneath the city that was laid by the brass dragon Purestian. Iyesta had Linsha vow that if anything happened to her and the mother dragon, (the lady knight/she) would take care of the eggs.
