Which meaning is correct?

I read an interview with Clint Eastwood recently, one of the questions is as follows.

Q: Politically, you're the Anti-Pussy party?
A: Yeah, I'm anti–the pussy generation. Not to be confused with pussy.

My understanding about "Not to be confused with pussy" is that Clint Eastwood emphasizes that he is not a pussy.

I am told that the meaning is actually more like he is anti–the pussy generation, but he does'n't mean women or female sexual organs here.

Thanks for your explanation. So what does he try to express by "not to be confused with *****"? Since "wimp" is equivalent to "*****" here and, I still don't know why my original understanding is not correct? Thanks again!

he is saying that he is against that generation, not against women (especially as viewed sexually).

against ~ anti

He is anti-that generation. Not (to be confused with being) anti-women.
