Could you please tell me which of the following (yellow) sentences sounds OK?

Which material is your shirt?

It's pure cotton.



What cloth is your shirt?

It's pure cotton.

I would use any of these:

[What / Which] kind of [material / fabric / cloth] is your [shirt / coat / skirt / suit] made [from / with]?

(I favor What over Which.)
